1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time. If this applies, it will be noted in the product description.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery location.
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping seasons.
3. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We currently ship to all U.S. states, territories, and APO/FPO addresses.
4. International Shipping
At this time, Gaddis Creations ships only within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, we will update this policy.
5. Shipment Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, natural events, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or customs clearance (for future international orders).
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
Gaddis Creations is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
