At Gaddis Creations, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return.

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom or personalized items.

  • Digital downloads or designs.

  • Sale or clearance items.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at gaddiscreations@outlook.com.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at gaddiscreations@outlook.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
